I recently came into your service facility in an attempt to repair an ongoing problem with the A/C in a 2001 V70. In this case it was a particularly difficult issue to diagnose, and your service manager Donny Felder demonstrated to me what customer service is all about!!

Donny Saw to it that I received a rid back to my work, kept me informed on a regular basis as to what issues were discovered, what the intended plan of action was, etc.

ABOVE ALL.... Donny, upon discovering that I was ten minutes late to pick up the car, called me and, after learning that I was at Parker and the toll road, told me that he would wait for me, AND make sure there was a cashier there in order for me to be able to pick up the car that night!

I hope you appreciate what a tremendous asset you have in Mr. Felder, as he is in my option the epitome of customer service.
